Which areas do you cover?
We are based near Loughborough in Leicestershire, but we serve couples across the Midlands and throughout the UK.
Can we hire wedding décor and accessories from your collection without the design and styling?
Yes, we offer a DIY Hire service for couples who do not need any assistance with design, styling or installation. Please note, some items in our range such as chairs and backdrops are not eligible for DIY Hire. For more information, please get in touch to request a copy of our DIY Hire catalogue.
We’re not sure which service we need – what should we do?
Please don’t worry! We’re happy to arrange a quick telephone call to run through your initial enquiry. We’ll ask the right questions, offer advice, and guide you towards the best option for you.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, our showroom in Loughborough is open by appointment only. Please use the contact form to get in touch and we’ll send you everything you need to arrange a visit.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend for our DIY Hire service.
Our Done-For-You Hire service is a fixed cost package, the basic elements of which cannot be changed. This service is priced from £2750 for up to 60 guests (including VAT).
Our Venue Styling service has a minimum spend of £500 for hire items (VAT and delivery charges do not count towards this total).
Our Wedding Design and Styling service has a minimum spend of £1500 for hire items (VAT and delivery charges do not count towards this total) plus £250 for your design consultation and bespoke proposal.
Will you visit our venue?
We’re always happy to arrange a venue visit for clients who have booked our Venue Styling or Wedding Design and Styling services. There is a charge for this, so if requested the cost will be clearly stated in your itemised quote.
How do we book?

Will we need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% is required to secure your booking. If your wedding design includes made-to-order bespoke items, we may propose a custom payment schedule with a larger deposit.
What if my guest numbers change?
We offer a degree of flexibility (usually about 10%), but you will need to confirm numbers eight weeks before your final payment so we can update our booking system.
When is the final payment due?
Six weeks before your wedding date.
Is delivery included?
Our DIY Hire service does not include delivery and installation. You will need to collect your hire items from our showroom and return them after your wedding.
Delivery and installation are included in the cost of our Done-for-You Hire service. For all other services, we charge for mileage and travel time from our showroom in Loughborough, the cost of which will be clearly stated in your itemised quote.
Will you clear down and collect your hire items afterwards?
Our DIY Hire service does not include clear down and collection of hire items. You will need to return everything in its original packaging by a specified date. Fees will apply for missing boxes, and you should expect to remain on site while items are counted back in. Any discrepancies will be emailed to you once everything has been checked for damage.
For all other services, clear down and collection will be provided. Just like delivery, we charge for mileage and travel time from our showroom in Loughborough, the cost of which will be clearly stated in your itemised quote.
Are there any hidden costs?
Absolutely not. Everything will be detailed in your itemised quote. If you’re unsure about anything we’ve included, please get in touch.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we’re covered by full public liability insurance.
