We’ve designed our Venue Styling service for couples who have a clear creative vision for their wedding.
You know what you want your venue to look like, and you have a rough idea of the things you need to achieve this, but you don’t want to be responsible for setting up beforehand.
Our expert team will deliver, install and style your hire items, transforming your venue to create the wedding you’ve imagined. The following day, we’ll return to clear down and collect our pieces.
With a minimum spend of £500*, our Venue Styling service is flexible and bespoke. Whether you need to hire a couple of props or furnish and decorate an entire dry hire venue, it’s a simple, stress-free way to create the stylish wedding of your dreams.

how it works
Our Process
1. Get in touch
Use our contact form to get in touch and check our availability on your wedding date. Provided we’re free, we’ll invite you to our showroom in Loughborough for a private consultation. Or, if you prefer, this can be done over the phone.
2. Let’s Chat
Our Head Stylist, Fiona, will meet with you to chat about everything you’d like us to provide for your wedding. Don’t worry about forgetting something important. We have a handy checklist you can reference to make sure you’ve covered every aspect of your day and every corner of your venue.
3. Bespoke Quotation
Based on what we’ve discussed, we’ll create an itemised quote. This will include details of a refundable security deposit, the value of which is dependent on the items you hire. After your wedding, we’ll transport your hire items back to our showroom and your deposit will be returned within 10 working days.
4. Upgrade Your Styling
Fresh flowers and foliage can really elevate a space, so when you use our Venue Styling service, you also have the option to add these to your booking. To complete your look, you can also commission bespoke on-the-day stationery such as placenames and wedding signage.
5. Confirm Your Booking
To secure your booking, you’ll need to sign your contract and pay a 25% deposit. You’ll then receive official confirmation from us that everything is in the diary. This means your hire items have been reserved and our expert team of stylists are primed and ready to transform your venue!
6. Visit Our Showroom
Three to six months before your wedding, we’ll invite you back to our showroom to view the items you’ve chosen and finalise the details of your booking. It’s also an opportunity to see everything laid out as it will be on the day itself. We’ll even use our range of artificial flowers to create a mock-up of your arrangements. Colours are limited, so if you’d like an exact match for your chosen palette, we can do this using fresh flowers for an additional fee.
7. Final Tweaks
Eight to ten weeks before your wedding, we’ll get in touch to confirm numbers. The final balance is due six week before your wedding. We’ll liaise directly with your venue to arrange installation and collection, so at this point you can relax and enjoy the run-up to your wedding.
8. We Style Your Wedding
On the day itself, we’ll transform your venue with the hire items you’ve selected, beautifully styling the space and tending to every detail. You may not see us as we’ve often finished setting-up well before our couples arrive. Otherwise, we’re usually hiding behind the scenes waiting to do a room turnaround from ceremony to wedding breakfast.
9. Clear Down & Collection
The following day, we’re generally in and out of a venue before the newlyweds are even up! We’ll clear and collect everything you’ve hired, leaving any items you’ve purchased for you to take home.
