Wedding Design & Styling is our service for couples who want their wedding to look and feel completely unique. Beyond décor and trends, it’s about infusing your day with meaningful visual details that capture your love story and reflect your personality.
Whether you have a clear vision, a spark of an idea or no idea where to start, we can create the stylish, luxurious wedding you want. The process begins with a detailed design consultation with our Head Stylist, Fiona. Through this, we’ll establish what you want and find innovative, creative ways to achieve it.
With a minimum spend of £1500* (plus the cost of your consultation), our Wedding Design & Styling service is comprehensive, flexible and bespoke.
Tending to every detail, our expert team will also deliver, install and style the visual elements of your wedding, transforming your venue to create a breathtaking celebration. The following day, we’ll return to clear down and collect your hire items. The only thing you’ll need to do is turn up, take it all in and say, ‘I do’!

The Stylish Wedding's Process
1. Get in touch
Use our contact form to get in touch and check our availability on your wedding date. Provided we’re free, we’ll send you a copy of our Look Book which showcases some of our previous work. It also includes guide prices to give you a sense of the costs involved at this level.
2. Let’s Chat
At this point, we’ll also arrange a brief 15-minute welcome call so we can get to know each other and discuss your plans in a little more detail.
3. Bespoke Design Consultation
Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll invite you to our showroom in Loughborough for your bespoke design consultation. Delivered by our Head Stylist, Fiona, this costs £250 + VAT and includes an in-depth design proposal outlining all the visual elements and decorative details we’ll create and style on your behalf.
4. Your Design Proposal
Depending on the requirements of your design, your proposal may incorporate swatches, mood boards, sketches, digital mock-ups, and written explanations of the look we envision for your wedding. We’ll also provide a timeline for any bespoke samples and an itemised quote with a payment schedule. This will include details of a refundable security deposit, the value of which is dependent on the items you hire. This deposit will be returned within 10 working days of the hire items being returned to our showroom.
5. Confirm Your Booking
To secure your booking, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of at least 25%. If your wedding design includes made-to-order bespoke items, we may propose a custom payment schedule with a larger deposit.
6. Visit Our Showroom
Three to six months before your wedding, we’ll invite you back to our showroom to view the items you’ve chosen and finalise the details of your booking. Although you will have already approved any samples, this is your opportunity to see everything, including any bespoke items, laid out exactly as they will be on your wedding day. We’ll even use our range of artificial flowers to create a mock-up of your arrangements. Colours are limited, so if you’d like an exact match for your chosen palette, we can do this using fresh flowers for an additional fee.
7. Final Tweaks
Eight to ten weeks before your wedding, we’ll get in touch to confirm numbers. The final balance is due six week before your wedding. We’ll liaise directly with your venue to arrange installation and collection, so at this point you can relax and enjoy the run-up to your wedding.
8. We Style Your Wedding
On the day itself, we’ll bring your design to life, transforming your venue and tending to every detail. You may not see us as we’ve often finished setting-up well before our couples arrive. Otherwise, we’re usually hiding behind the scenes waiting to do a room turnaround from ceremony to wedding breakfast to evening reception.
9. Clear Down & Collection
The following day, we’re generally in and out of a venue before the newlyweds are even up! We’ll clear and collect everything you’ve hired, leaving any items you’ve purchased for you to take home.
